He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jenkins; his children, Rick (Jennea) of Tennessee, Tamara Wilder (Larry) of Texas, Brian (Kaitlyn) of Bruceton Mills and Mary Assem (Kareem) of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Malia, Ryan, Lauren, Harlie, Levi, Leah, Lilah and Selene; his siblings, Danny Sandoval (Vicki), Saundra Blanchard (Dan) and Leandra Sandoval (Clarence German); and his stepmother Annette Jenkins.
