He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Bowman and Mary Bowman (Reeder). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Bowman (Rotz); his daughters, Tammy Tressler (Dale) of Mercersburg, PA and Deb Rampulla (Joel) of Shippensburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Austin, Emily and Matthew. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
