He was predeceased by: his father John Kohler; and his siblings, Imelda Buettner and John "Jack" Kohler. He is survived by: his wife Marion Kohler (Koval); his children, Claire Koval (Al), Anne Kohler, Lisa Cover (Matt), Paul Kohler (Cathy) and Adam Kohler (Jess); his grandson Ben (Jenna); his children, Hannah (Corey), Leah (Garrett), Abby, Zachary and Sasha; his great grandchild Dominic; his brother Ron (Mary Jo); and his siblings-in-law, Pat and Bernie Koval (Bea).
