With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maynard L. Hook of Marion, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 22, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, McCullough Hook and Anna Hook (Horvat); and his brother Robert (Loretta Hook). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Hook (Haag); his children, Diane K. (Daryl Klopp), Raymond L. Hook (Debbie) and Marion Twp; his grandson Joshua Klopp; and his sisters, Mildred Herber (Lavern), Nancy Li and Mary Neiswender (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
