He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Jakubczyk and Sophie Jakubczyk (Antos); his wife Marion Dudek Jakubczyk; his brother Raymond; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Jakubczyk and John P. Dudek.
He is survived by: his brother Richard Jakubczyk of Swoyersville; and his sisters-in-law, Diane (Tommy Molitoris) of Duryea and Theresa Dudek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
