He was predeceased by: his parent Leroy. He is survived by: his spouse Kimberly S.; his parent Mildred; his children, Denyle S. Eisenhauer (Travis) and Jacob G. Hartman (Jessica); his stepson John M. Stuck; and his siblings, Robert Lebo, David Hartman, Carole Lape, Marilyn Schafer and Nancy Zimmerman.
