He is survived by: his wife Christine Folk-Kreitz; his father Ray C Kreitz; his siblings, Steven Kreitz, Bernice Bricker, Robert, Ronald Kreitz and Stacey; his nieces, Melissa Boulanger, Kaylen Kreitz and Jamie Kreitz; his nephew Michael Bricker; his stepchildren, Cheyenne J, Apache J and Cherokee Gettle; his grandchildren, Gerald Adams, Angel Gettle, Ryder Gettle and Vivica Maddox; and his close friend Ray.
