He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Finlan and Cecelia Finlan (Joyce); his brothers, Bob and Ed; and his parents-in-law, Catherine and Felix.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Alexander of Marion Heights; his sons, Jason of Marion Heights and Brandon of Mount Wolf; his siblings, Mary of Barnesville and Tom (Dolores); and his sister-in-law Marie of Girardville.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Angels (855 Scott St, Kulpmont, PA 17834). A Mass was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
