He was predeceased by: his father Sylvester Ord; his brother Richard McCoy; and his foster parents, Homer Jeffries and Henrietta Jeffries. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie McCoy (Huffman); his children, Melissa McCoy of Marion Center and David McCoy of Indiana; his siblings, Marie Adamsky of Homer City, Shirley McCoy of Indiana and Ronald McCoy (Sharon) of Marion Center; and his foster sister Jane Pala of Hershey, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
