It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Lavan (Marion Center, Pennsylvania), born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Larry Shields and Margaret Shields (Johnston); her children, David LaVan (Sara) of Marion Center, Nate of Marion Center, Billy of Marion Center, Darnell of Marion Center, Casey LaVan of Marion Center, Jordan LaVan (Lauren), Liam and Bobby LaVan; her grandchildren, Danielle LaVan, Isaiah LaVan and Karson LaVan; her brothers, Gary Shields (Marie) and Dennis Shields (Grace); her sister-in-law Darlene Shields; her brother Ron Shields; and her uncle Don Johnston.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to assist the younger family members may be made to the Old Mahoning Baptist Church, 5225 Mahoning Road, Home, PA 15747.
