He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Betts and Anna Mae Betts (Correl); and his siblings, Albert, Richard, LeRoy, Annette and Delores.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Betts (Livingston); his children, Irvin Betts (Dorothy) of Martinsville, VA, Joseph Betts (Mandi) of Spotsylvania, VA, Tim Betts (Stephanie) and Dianna Best (Steve) of Fayetteville, PA; his grandchildren, Cameron, Samuel (Taylor), Justin, Amber, Ryan, Brienna, Tyler, Kirsten, Tim Jr. (Jennifer) and Zackary; and his great grandchild Sierra Betts.
