She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Glenn Steele and Mary Mabon Steele; her husband Elmer; and her brother Haldean G. Steele. She is survived by: her children, Russell Glenn, Elizabeth Marie Waters (Roger) of Vancouver, WA, Linda Jean LaRosa (Patrick) of Orange, CA, David Scott (Sharon) and John Michael (Cecile); and her foster children, Lilley Blystone, Bill Blystone (Ruthie) and Nancy Dunmire (Jim). She is also survived by caregiver; six foster grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
