He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kramer and Florence Steffy Kramer; and his wife Rosemary. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim (Chuck Brehm) of York and Jean (Spencer Schemel) of Lititz; and his siblings, Frank Kramer, Wallace Kramer, Pearl Barton and Elizabeth Jamil. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
