With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Rapp (Marietta, Pennsylvania), born in Columbia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Earl W. Rapp. She is survived by: her mother Dora M. Rapp (Webb) of Marietta; and her children, Nicole Black (Joseph) of Columbia, Desire Rapp of Marietta and Jason Rapp of Columbia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers.
