He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Nein and Mary E. Nein of Marietta. He is survived by: his close friend Sherry Noll; his children, James L. Nein (Donna) of Souderton, Jennifer Nein of Marietta and Kimberly Nein of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Logan, Landon Nein and Peyton Williams; and his siblings, David Nein, Stacy Strickler of York, Lisa Horner (Harold) of Maytown and Michael Nein, Sr. (Tammy) of Marietta.
