He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William B. Stephens and Mable Snavely Stephens; his siblings, Kenneth Stephens (Joan) of Oregon and Fay Anspach (Donald) of Mount Joy; his siblings-in-law, Loretta Stephens of Mount Joy and Jay Rutherford of Montana; his siblings, Gerald Stephens and Margaret Rutherford; and his half-sister Dorothy Rutter.
