He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phyllis Welsh, Dolly Smith, Albert Welsh and Cleon "Pex" Welsh. He is survived by: his spouse Nora Welsh of Marietta; and his children, Edward, Jr. (Bonnie Welsh) of Middletown, Denise Welsh-Barndt (Brian Barndt) of East Petersburg, Connie (Stephen Oravec) of Tower City, Brian (Heather Welsh) of Manheim and Rick (Denise Welsh) of Mount Joy. He is also survived by grandchild that was raised by Edward and Nora, Jessica Zimmerman of East Petersburg; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
