He is survived by: his parents, Gwen and Jesse Smith of Felton; his wife Pamela S. Smith (Sammons); his daughters, Amber Kelley (Matthew Kelley) of Marietta and Alexandra Smith of Wilmington, NC; his granddaughters, Pennelope Kelley and Everleigh Smith; and his siblings, Wade Smith and Christie Colon.
