She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Duck and Manon Duck (Shaffer); her husband Robert A. "Bob" Eckman; and her siblings, Sandy K. Winters, Bruce of Elizabethtown, Danny E. Duck and Janet of Hershey. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews as well as Cindy's extended family and caring friends.
