She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark T. Pfeffer and Sue Pfeffer (Routzahn); her husband Charles Riggleman; and her sister Sandy Pfeffer. She is survived by: her niece Tammy Galuppo (Joseph) of Dover; and her stepchildren, Kenneth Riggleman (Joanne) of Indiana, Angela Parrish of North Carolina and Menno Riggleman (Lavina) of Bainbridge. She is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren.
