He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Winders, Sr. and Eleanor Winders (Pilosi); and his sister Daphne Warner. He is survived by: his sisters, Colleen Rentz (Timothy Rentz) of Hollidaysburg, PA and Robin Flinchbaugh (Paul Flinchbaugh) of Wrightsville, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.
