He is survived by: his spouse Ruthanne MacDonald; his children, Iean Critchlow (Kristen Shakoske) of Marienville and Amanda Critchlow (Dave Coulson) of Tionesta; his grandchildren, Anna Frieze, Sean Critchlow, Addison Critchlow, Taylor Frieze and CJ Frieze; and his siblings, Linda Griffin (Larry) of Gettysburg, PA and Lee Critchlow of Herminie, PA.
