He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David Meals and Joyce Meals. He is survived by: his parents, Franklin C. Meals, Sr. and Christina Miller; his stepmother Elizabeth; his grandmother Betty Cook; and his brothers, Blair Phillips and Zach Miller.
