He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Boice, Sr. and Anna Blystone Boice; and his stepmother Myra Boice. He is survived by: his son Joshua Boice (Brandy Coburn); his grandson Waylon Boice; his sisters, Debbie Ostrowsk (Richard) and Patricia Beaver; and his friend Linda Boice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
