He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Handley and Grace Easterlin Handley; and his daughter Veronica Terwilliger. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Nale; and his sister Joan Kollman (Richard) of Revenna, Ohio. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchild.
