He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" and Barbara J. Wright Querreveld. He is survived by: his children, Breanna Querreveld of Cambridge Springs, Harley Nichols of Marienville and Dakota Querreveld of Cambridge Springs; and his former wife Misty Ferraro of Cambridge Springs.
