She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Ansell and Margaret Ansell; her husband Carl H. Phillips; her brothers, Richard Ansell (JoAn) and Harold Ansell; her grandson Jesse Carl Phillips; and her daughter-in-law Kathleen Jones Phillips.
