Crile of Fredericktown, Shannon Cunningham of Marianna and Erin Minick of Summersville; his siblings, Linda Moore of Waynesburg and Thomas E. Moore; and his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Madalynn, Ryan, Brianna, Bethany, Kaylee, Tyler and Zachary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
