He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bozick and Gloria Thorson Bozick; his nephew Ted Bozick, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Thomas Karolewics. He is survived by: his wife Amy Carter Bozick; his siblings, Pamela Riggenbach of Waynesburg and Ted Bozick of Richeyville; his nieces and nephews, Thomas Karolewics (Tionne) of Centerville, John Karolewics (Caren Stewart) of Pisgah Forest, NC, Brandy Karolewics (Joseph Yablonski) of Washington, Adam Karolewics (Angela) of Waynesburg and Tasha Todd (Gavin) of Newport News, VA; and his stepsons, Ryan Wolfe (Narayan Krishnamurthy) and Justin Wolfe.

As literacy was very important to Michael, the family requests donations to your local public library, or his memory may be honored by a donation to the Washington County Humane Society.
