With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Leo Palmer Sr. of Marianna, Pennsylvania, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Johnny" Palmer and Catherine L. Hairston; his siblings, Charlotte Mann, William "Billy" Hairston and John; and his niece DeShawna L. Hairston.
He is survived by: his children, Traci Smith (Sean) of Washington, Sharee Gross (Aaron) of Pittsburgh, PA, James Palmer Jr. of Washington, PA, Nicole Logan (Dwight) of Independence, Thaddius Wooley of Washington, PA, Jaya Palmer of Washington, PA and Javon Palmer of Washington, PA; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Powell of Washington, PA, Lola Palmer and Walter "Sonny" Hairston of Daytona Beach, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
