He is survived by: his children, Jennifer, Tara, John and Valerie Curley (Ryan); his grandchildren, Summer, Jaxson, Dean and Zoey; and his sisters, Sheree Smoak (Louis) and Beth Phillips (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
