He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Hedwig (Gauger). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Elizabeth Clippinger; his children, Linda Johansen and Steven; his granddaughters, Rachel Zoch (Matt) of Baltimore, Kate Johansen of Baltimore, Mindy Mykietyn (Sean) of Ashburn and Megan Karcher (Hank) of Severna Park, Maryland; and his great grandchildren, Mason Johansen, Ava Martin, Connor Mykietyn, Violet Mykietyn and Hadley Karcher.
