He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth "Lisa" Putnam; his siblings, Robert Putnam (Eliene) of Burdett, NY, James Putnam (Debi) of Lawrence, KS, Kathryn Clark of Mansfield, PA and Marilyn Doud of Mansfield, PA; and his niece Billie Sue Morgan (Mark) of Wellsboro, PA. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
