He is survived by: his mother Sharon Webb (Richardson); his wife Barbara Blackwell; his son Shayne Webb of Altoona; his stepchildren, Krystal Monks, Melissa Holly of Wellsboro and John Holly of Wellsboro; and his siblings, Wayne Webb (Robin) of Perry, GA, Matthew Webb (Angela) of Williamsburg, PA and Laura Long (Terry) of Martinsburg, PA..
