She is survived by: her mother Mary Lee Hafer (Ludwig); her husband Harold Courtney, Sr.; her children, Olivia Platt (Michael) of New Columbia, PA, Charity Packard (David) of Painted Post, NY and Harold Courtney, Jr. (Rachel) of Mansfield, PA; her grandchildren, Caleb Platt, Katherine Platt and Ruthann Courtney; and her siblings, Donald Hafer (Pamela) of Sayre, PA, Barry Hafer, Jr. (JoAnn) of Port Matilda, PA and Cynthia Bastian of Mansfield, PA..
