Payne of Washington, PA; his brothers, Tim Payne (Cindy) of Mansfield, PA, Todd Payne of Mansfield, PA and Chris Payne (Jill) of Mansfield, PA; his parents-in-law, Robert and Ann Putt of Mansfield, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Amy and Gary Mosher of Wellsboro, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; uncles and aunts.
In lieu of flowers those wishing to make memorial contributions may do so to a Diabetes Association of their choice to assist with research.
