Parker (Phil) of Tioga, PA, Linda M. Tice of Mansfield, PA and Sandy L. Tice of Rutland, VT; her husband Thomas; her daughter Ruthadele Smith; and her grandson Shane Michael Smith. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents.
