He is survived by: his children, Michael Cummings (Susan) of Mansfield, PA and Bonnie Cummings of Mansfield, PA; his daughter-in-law Joy Cummings of Mansfield, PA; his grandchildren, Michael Cummings, Jr. (Jean), Lucus Cummings (Brandi), Mandy Tice (Dan Doney), Andee Bryan (Matt), Chris Cummings (Pam), Erick Cummings (Nicole), Chad Cummings (Megan Deming), Josh Cummings (Amy) and Catie Strahota (Michael); and his sister Cena McClintok. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
