He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Welles and Florence Welles (Turner); his children, Bobbie and Angel; and his sister Pat.
He is survived by: his children, Donnie Welles of Laceyville, PA and Shantel Welles of Nicholson, PA; and his siblings, Ronald, Carolyn, Brenda, Gloria, Donna and Ginger. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
