He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Putt and Hazel Putt (Marsh); his daughters, Debra Payne of Mansfield, PA and Amy Mosher (Gary) of Wellsboro, PA; his grandchildren, Brandon Payne, Ashley Marcin (Stephen) and Ryan Mosher; his brother Richard Putt; and his son-in-law Scott Payne. He was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
