He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cooper and Anna Cooper (Shingara); his wife Naomi Cooper (Miller); his daughter Carol Cooper; and his siblings, Paul Cooper, Sr., Albert Cooper, James Cooper and Marie Fisher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Shaw (Paul) of Mansfield, PA, Cindy Kerr (Ray) of Mansfield, PA, Cathy Hanes (Lynn) of Asheboro, NC and Cheryl Gregory (Mark) of Bethel, PA; his grandchildren, Matthew Hanes, Ashley Shaw, Tyler Gregory and Courtney Gregory; and his stepgrandchildren, Sheila Lechner (Tom), Travis Kerr (Rabia), Jassen Shaw (Janet), Jennifer Wagner (Rick), Juanita Rodrigues (Robert) and Jamie Mary (Mike).
