He is survived by: his wife Marsha A. Mischke (Phippen); his daughters, Paula Arvin (James) of Blanchard, PA and Katherine Hemenway (Chris) of Mansfield, PA; his sister Merrilly Outram (Karl) of Columbia, IN; his grandchildren, Sean Simpson (April), Stephanie Gleason (Tom), April Jerome (Matt) and Nicole Hemmingway; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Ryan Jerome, Rylee, Averii Gleason and Laura Lee Simpson; and his brother-in-law Steven Martin (Sandy) of Farmington, NY..
