She was predeceased by: her parents, George Quartz and Ruth Quartz (Lortie); her husband Dr. A. Vernon Lapps; and her brother William Quartz. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Ruth Bryan (Adam Gundy) of Lock Haven; her sister Carolyn Gosier of Watertown, NY; and her sister-in-law Beverly Quartz of Pulaski, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
