She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Clyde Phillips Sr. and Myrtle Phillips (Smith); her husband Robert L. Bartlett; and her son David Broughton. She is survived by: her children, Doug Broughton (Kristin B.), Martin Bartlett, Diane West (Jim) and Marcia Bartlett of Mansfield, PA; her sisters, JoAnn Osborn (Amos) of Morris, PA and Nina McCarthy of Wellsboro, PA; and her grandchildren, Chad West (Jenny), Brandon West (Lori), Angela Wenrick (Mike), Kristin M. Broughton, Katelin Kellogg (Jared), Zachary Bartlett (Marisa), MegAnn Bartlett and Rebecca Bartlett. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
