In loving memory of John Nittinger Jr. of Mansfield, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on January 19, 2025 at the age of 76. John leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nittinger and Connie Nittinger (Hennigan); his brother Marc Nittinger; and his father-in-law Joseph Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Richard Nittinger of Blossburg, PA, Leah Parsons (Taylor) of Mansfield, PA and Kimberlee; his grandchildren, Gabby Parsons, Gatlin Parsons, Madeline VanGorden, Benjamin VanGorden and Samuel VanGorden; his mother-in-law Betty Thompson of Mansfield, PA; his siblings, James Nittinger (Charlene) of Montoursville, PA and Sandra Eck (Steve) of Williamsport, PA; and his sister-in-law Karen Nittinger of Williamsport, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. (637 S Main St, Mansfield, PA 16933). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
