She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Wilcox and Anna Wilcox (Denkenberger); and her siblings, Robert Wilcox, Richard Wilcox and Patricia Tokarz.
She is survived by: her husband Ellsworth; her son Lonsworth Smith of North Carolina; her son-in-law Judy P. Smith of Mansfield, PA; her sister Emily Pflueger of Niagara Falls, NY.; and also, Linda Copp, Ronald Copp of Mansfield, PA, Angela, Soni, Meredith and Brandon.
