He is survived by: his wife Janice Richards of Mansfield; his sons, Jeffrey Richards (Dawn) of Mansfield and Jason Richards (Barbara) of Wellsboro; his grandchildren, Austin, Matthew, Christopher, Colin and Sara Richards; his great grandchild Carson Achter; and his brother David Richards (Sharon) of Charlotte, NC..
