We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2022, at the age of 96, Helene Toby of Mansfield, Pennsylvania, born in Corning, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Bayer and Marie Bayer (Andersen); her husband Wilfred Toby; and her brothers, Robert, Arthur and Harold Bayer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Bailey (David) of Millerton, PA, Judith Lattin of San Francisco, CA and Christine Webb (David) of Rochester, NY; her grandchildren, Brian Bailey (Kristie), Karin Bailey (Tim), Amanda Webb, Courtney Phillips (Gregory) and Tyler Webb; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Murray (Jordan), Justin Bradley, Cale Bradley (Katherine), Brooke Bailey and Keaton Bailey; and her siblings-in-law, Winifred Bayer of Syracuse, NY and Francis Toby of Horseheads, NY. She is also survived by 3 great-great-grandchildren.
