She is survived by: her children, Shawn Jayne (Tanya) of Covington, PA, Christa Jayne of Mansfield, PA, Renee Doan (Kevin) of Galeton, PA, Tammy Hall (Donald) of Mansfield, PA, Jodi Hamby of Blossburg, PA and Terri Makley (Tim) of Mansfield, PA; her siblings, Ronald Welles (Janet), Carolyn Davies (Charles), Brenda Stafford, Donna Young and Ginger Hoyniak (Val); her friends, Sherry Kennedy and Anjanette Wheeler; and her caregiver Wendy Fetzer. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
