He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jerzak and Catherine Jerzak (Marchinock); his wife Leonore D. Jerzak; his daughter Beverley Gilder; and his siblings, Isadore Jerzak, Edward Jerzak, John Jerzak, Valerian Jerzak (Genevieve), Eleanore Ogrodowski (Edward) and Clara Carra (Joseph).
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Jerzak (Ginger) of Washington, NJ and Eugene Jerzak (Ann) of Erwinna, PA; his grandchildren, Sarah Jerzak, Emily Goins (Jim), Amanda Jerzak, Andrew Jerzak, Timothy Jerzak (Amy), Allison Jerzak, Zacharia Gilder, Caleb Gilder (Stephanie), Ben Jerzak, Parry Jerzak (Kate Messinger), Jacob Jerzak (Mary) and Michael Jerzak; and his great grandchildren, Josiah Goins, Norah Goins, Adrienne Gilder William Jerzak, Gavin Jerzak, Isadore Jerzak, Victoria Jerzak and Patrick Jerzak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Francis' name to a charity of one's choice.
